01:22:57	Sean Twie03:	I like to use YADM (yet another dot files maanger)
01:23:02	Sean Twie03:	It has some really great features
01:26:02	Sean Twie03:	https://yadm.io/
01:26:59	Robert Citek:	We’ll fork your repo and issue a pull request.

01:29:16	Sean Twie03:	Great job Ed. Impressed with your research trying to hunt down the LS source code. =-)
01:36:02	Sean Twie03:	Aren't SUSE a little late with this LIbery thing? I thought CentOS8 went EOL in December?

01:41:26	stanbaldwin:	Gary I have a question about Rocky Linux
01:41:46	Robert Citek:	Sorry I can’t talk. Lot of background noise where I am.
01:42:14	Robert Citek:	FYI, it is Linux. I’ll cover that in my tutorial.

01:44:58	Jay Truesdale:	I have a Chromebook I’ll give away if anyone wants it.
01:46:50	M.Steffan:	If people are curious, there are USB images of ChromeOS that will boot and run on regular laptops/PCs.
01:47:43	Sean Twie03:	I was able to install Rocky on a Raspberry Pi 3 with no problems but haven't tried in VirtualBox.
01:47:57	Sean Twie03:	If Rocky is not working for you, you could try AlmaLinux https://almalinux.org/

02:04:44	M.Steffan:	Can't find graphical live system installer!
02:12:26	Jeff Logullo N0̸MII:	I think the LiveCD is no more. If you’re looking to run Solaris from DVD without installing it, I don’t think that’s an option any longer.
02:14:17	Jeff Logullo N0̸MII:	However, a text install lets you choose from one of several base “groups”, one of them being “solaris-desktop”. And you can always add the “solaris-desktop” package later. Installation of Solaris 11 was really streamlined compared to Solaris 10 (the “kitchen sink” philosophy. Solaris 11 is kind of the opposite. You can start with a very minimal install, and add only what you need.

02:58:53	Sean Twie03:	Can log files be written in an immutable zone? Or do they have to be written to a NFS mount or something?
03:04:31	Sean Twie03:	Can't live without the Screensavers section.... lol
03:14:25	Robert Levitt:	Sayonara, all.
