Our company has issued a policy for visitors on the COVID-19 virus. I plan
on wiping down everything Bleach Wipes, but just so you are aware. This
will effect the SLUUG meeting on March 11th.

Due to the current Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak, we are
proactively mitigating risk to our locations.
Siemens is mindful of the spread of COVID-19; therefore, we ask for your
understanding and cooperation in answering the following three
questions prior to entering the site:
In the last 14 days:
1. Have you traveled to mainland China, Iran, Italy (entire) or South
Korea? (Note: The countries referenced are adjusted based on ongoing
guidance
from the appropriate authorities)
2. Do you have a household or close family member who has traveled to
mainland China, Iran, Italy (entire) or South Korea? (Note:

appropriate authorities)
3. Have you been exposed, or come into close contact (within 6 feet for 15
minutes or more) with someone who has been exposed
to any known active cases of COVID-19 (suspected or confirmed)?
If your answer is ‘Yes’ to any of these questions, please contact your
Siemens Host to discuss rescheduling your visit.
We hope you understand and support our efforts in mitigating the risk and
spread of the current COVID-19 outbreak.
