BASE: Introduction to emacs� By Steve Stegman <https://www.sluug.org/bio/Steve_Stegmann> This will be a very basic introduction to emacs. It will feature starting, exiting, and saving files. It will also give you the basics of moving around and using a few of the control keys and internal command line functions. My working version of emacs, set up for the C language, has 2,832 command line functions. It will also cover making global changes in a file, using a string or regexp as the target to be replaced.
