Scott is going to explain why, and give you plenty of ammunition to convince others. In addition, Scott is going to look at the history of voting technologies and the security behind the voting systems we will use in the upcoming elections, including voting by mail. St. L. County has a new computerized voting system as do many counties, cities, & states. Will it "fix" problems or be a source of new problems? (Remember the famous memo from the Dibol executive?
